We are looking for a fully bilingual (French and English), energetic and outgoing individual with excellent communication and computer skills to join our Member Experience team. You aim to please and stop at nothing to deliver for our members. You want to work with the best Customer Support Team in the world! As our Bilingual Member Experience Coordinator, you will:

  • Turn all our members into "Raving Fans" of your exemplary customer service
  • Be Responsible for all inbound calls from members
  • Resolve all member inquiries, questions and issues via phone or email in record time
  • Proactively identify ways to improve the Member Experience and raise the bar on our high standards
  • Provide administrative support when the need arises
  • Have a positive, common sense attitude and a desire to grow and learn

As our Bilingual Member Experience Coordinator, you:

  • Are completely fluent in French and English
  • Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points)
  • Understand what it takes to make an amazing customer/member experience
  • Can use a spread sheet and perform data analytics to see trends in Member activities
  • Are involved with a love affair with communicating - on the phone and on email
  • Are detailed-oriented, organized and great with follow up
  • Are there to listen and then make it better
  • have good writing skills (in French and English, of course)
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
