As our Business Development Manager, you will:
- Dominate the skills of prospecting, pitching, consulting and closing programs on the phone and in person
- Occasionally quote lines from "Glengarry Glen Ross"
- Be a key role in driving strategic rewards and recognition programs across many verticals
- Up-sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
- Focus on specific opportunities that fit in our "box" solutions,
- Thrive on a high-pressure environment
As our Business Development Manager, you:
- Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points)
- Have a successful background in inbound and outbound sales and closing of new business
- Have 1 - 3 years B2B sales experience
- Consistently overachieve your quota and revenue goals
- Are passionate for sales and are thrilled with the close
- Earned a bachelor's degree
..and it would be great if you have already sold web-based business solutions
