We are looking for a people-person with excellent communication and computer skills to lead our Member Experience team. You aim to please and stop at nothing to deliver for our members. As our Member Experience Manager, you will:
- Manage the daily running of our customer service centre and member inquiries
- Not be afraid to get your hands dirty and take inbound member inquiries
- Turn all our members into “Raving Fans” of your exemplary customer service
- Spend a portion of time coaching your team to help them achieve their goals and encourage their development
- Identify ways to improve all aspects of the Member Experience and implement process improvements
- Be an advocate to drive new website/software enhancements to improve the member experience
- Have a positive, common sense attitude and a desire to grow and learn
As our Member Experience Manager, you:
- Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points)
- Understand what it takes to make an amazing customer/member experience
- Have working knowledge of excel to perform data analytics to reveal trends in Member activities
- Are involved with a love affair with communicating – on the phone and on email
- good staff-management and motivational skills
- have good writing skills and excellent communication skills
- have the stamina, toughness and resilience to survive through the most challenging customers
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
...and it'd be great if you were bilingual in French as well :)
