Using our Peer-to-Peer tool, you:
- Allow recognition to occur organically as part of your employees day-to-day interactions
- Ensure your employees efforts aren't going unnoticed
- Empower your employees to recognize others for performing the behvaviours most important to your company's success
Peer-to-Peer Features:
- Members nominate peers for performing valued behaviours and may provide a personal explanation or thanks
- Can choose to have manager approval or notification enabled
- Allocate a specific value of points to each member to award during a specific time frame using our Budgeted Peer-to-Peer
- Once nominated, members receive an email with the reason for nomination and a reminder to recognize others
- Members can search for their peers by first name, last name and email
- Ability to recognize more than one peer at a time
