Everybody wants to work for this web-based recognition compay, right? Great company that values great people and benefits (LONG vacation and GREAT rewards). Also, the great awards being recognized!
‘We’re not tweeting anything interesting, but neither is anyone else’…Hold that thought, I’m on my way with some content you might find interesting (and helpful)…see you at 5.30 :)

I think this is an awesome approach to drive people in the business world; we tend to repeat behaviours that have been reinforced and rewarded. I can’t wait to meet the great people that drive I Love Rewards!
Interesting commercial and how have the clients of I Love Rewards been impacted by the quality of the employees who have been hired by I Love rewards; what has been their ROI effect on using an inspired partner/supplier?
I think it was well done. If you want honest input from a B2B/recruiting perspective, I think that all of the projected results are not needed and in fact diminish your current stats. If you had a great 2009, focus on that versus layering in what might happen in 2 years. Same goes for the slides on awards, focus on what you won (which is a lot) vs. things you were a finalist for, makes it seem like your reaching on facts) Also think you could cut it down to 3 minutes and make it more punchy and to the point, I think you lose people past the 3 minute mark on any corporate streaming video. Music was a great choice to match the video.

Fantastic. I like how you outline the values of the company. That is probably the best recruiting tool of the entire video.
I Love Rewards presents a sustainable business model based on blended value – and follows other companies like HCL Technologies, Google and Seventh Generation. It’s values in action – transparency, passion, continual improvement, sharing, integrity, and exceeding expectations … not only will keep the next generation of leaders but are the leadership competencies needed for future organizations. Great job on this campaign – I Love Rewards.

well done! definitely aimed at the A types. more on LinkedIn…
Message delivered, in an interesting fashion. Message I received was, you’re influencing culture and performance through the work that ILR does, not merely providing a “reward”.
I’d suggest that you have them at the 2:30 to 3:00 minute mark. Maybe use the remainder, i.e .financials, capital providers, on a subsequent clip. Let us know what final form looks like.

Very good, I like the name change also. It was very clear to me, but I know how you work. I have asked a friend to take a look too.
I love you guys!!!!

Hi Razor, great video. Congratulations on your continued growth + success.
Overall a great flash to highlight ILoveRewards Razor. I think its long (should be no longer than the song at least) and needs to highlight the employee experience more.

Where’s the “like” button?! :)
Great job on the vid, I’ll be honest, I was half expecting to fast forward to the last 30 seconds, which is usually the most relevant point in the vid (not the case at all)! I like the idea of using a video as a commercial or “white paper” of sorts to provide interested candidates with very useful information on ILR.
A great company, committed to success by not only building clientele, but showcasing the talent of the people that make the company successful. For once, someone’s got it right – great people build great companies.

Brilliant! I’m sure this video will prove highly effective for you
I have seen many corporate videos in the live events arena for over fifteen years…some good and some bad. This is well done as it says all that needs to be said! Best of luck with your success and continued growth, Razor!

Razor,
Innovative video! This approach will surely appeal to the younger generation.
I enjoyed watching it but found it a bit long.

Hi Razor, I have to say it was a pretty good video. In particular the music and the partner brands were excellent. I wasn’t sure what the video was for though – i.e. if it was recruiting I thought it was a bit long and could have left out some of the financial numbers stuff. If it’s more general purpose or to entice investors and partners, leave out the ‘top 5 reasons to work here’. Perhaps you could get two videos for those two reasons from the existing content.
A good vid.
Cheers,
Jeff.

Great video! It masterfully captures your vision and culture and creates excitement. I agree great people build great companies. However great people aren’t attracted by the status quo so good on the ILR team for finding yet another innovative way to build your employer brand. BTW, I suspect you will have more than just future employees viewing the video – potential clients, investors and competitors may want to take note too (and I am not just referring to the snappy tune)!
Spot on, a solid message from one of the most exciting companies that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with.

Well done – makes me want to work there! Hey how come GrowthWorks is not on your ‘great companies you get to work with list’? ;-) Only constructive feedback is that it’s a bit long (though I did watch to the end) – and I don’t think you need the slide that compares you to your top competitor because anyone that you want working at ILR wouldn’t even apply at your top competitor!

Great spot highlighting the company’s bright future and its role as one of the best employers to work for. Assuming the video is a recruiting tool, consider switching the order of the two themes. Focus on the positive aspects about working for the company sooner and then sell the future growth. You want to ensure potential employees are hooked and they do not exit the spot early thinking the video is a customer marketing tool. Overall very positive.

I liked the Vid – agree with some of the other comments. With Charlie Lax/Grandbanks and all the other investors on board, I would want to know the exit strategy before I signed on…

I enjoyed the video very much – clear information, effective graphics. Depending on the targeted use, I found it long. I think that a 3 min piece would be more impactful.
One of the best recruiting videos Ive seen and I’ve been to several on campus recruiting events.
Congrats

oh, this is inspiring! Too bad you don’t have an office in Belgium. I bookmark this vid and each time I’m stuck/have no inspiration/can’t find the right words/need some extra energy… I’ll watch this. It works on me like the musical scenes in the “Blues brothers” or the skate sequence in “Back to the future” or …
It gives me wings.

Not going to lie, the song was the perfect fit for this video. An employee doesn’t search for a job but instead they look for a great company. I love Rewards is a great company and I look forward to learning more about them.

Wow… this video had me snapping my fingers and smiling all the way through. I love your view on the value of people, the importance of acknowledging achievements & effort. Your growth plans sound exciting and your current track record makes it believable and real for the people involved. Hats off to you all.
