I think this is a great business model, and even better hiring strategy! ,You have harnessed a great secret that the best way to entice candidates, is through your innovative speed dating" of the candidates with prospective coworkers to see if the right fit exists! Energy, culture, lifestyle, cohesion , and values are ultimately as important as compensation and rewards for long term employee retention. Brilliant, just brilliant!

Would love to hear from you if you are looking for Sales and Marketing guys in Toronto!

Best,

I think you have a great business model. But if I understand it correctly your organization promotes point redemption strategy which comes down to tangible rewards at the end. But the stated article is focusing on intangible rewards from decision makers.

If I forget about the whole reward aspect, motivation is still a such complex human behavior that can be influenced by many other factors like "challenge" or "thrill". There are numbers of scholars who conducted researches on this topic of correlation between motivation and workplace creativity. The results were always mixed.
